Moving Day

Moving started bright and early when the truck and 4 men came at around 9:00 am. They came in and immediately took charge which each person doing seperate duties.

This person basically made sure that everything was wrapped and packed correctly. He worked very quickly but efficiency.

Two of the men took the items out to the truck and arranged them to be more easily placed on the truck.

The 4th man played tetris to make sure that as much space was used as possible in each container. We had 2 which each contained 200 Cu. Ft. and we got everything in as well as an additional desk we were not planning to take.

At the end, they documented each item, and nailed the cube shut. They were gone by noon, leaving a much emptier house in its wake. We will see these at our new place in Jerusalem. On to staging the house for sale by April 1!!

Quite an odyssey your family is on, I'm sure it's very exciting as well. I will be interested in knowing your thoughts and impressions in a year. Israel has a national healthcare system correct? Will you qualify immediately? Will you be a duel citizen? I know, too many questions.
