Moving

Since I started this well into the process, my plan is to both move backwards and forwards in terms of postings. Today lets talk moving.

We are planning to fly to Israel (assuming we can) on June 9th. However, we are moving our “take to Israel” items on March 15th. Why so early?

It’s all a planning and math game. We need to sell our condo before we leave. To be able to clean it up and make it presentable, we need to have the Israel stuff out of the place. The plan is to put the house on the market by April 1 which allows us to have it sold and closed before we move. So working backwards, it seemed like the best timing.

What is left in the house after we take the Israel stuff out will be sold in May at an Estate Sale. More about that later.

What big items are we taking? Very little. The Casper matress (I’m not crazy) and three bicycles.
