Good News and Bad News

So the good news is that we are a week out from our Aliyah flight and it looks like we are ready to go. We have all the paperwork and are 90% done with the packing. We have arranged for all of the testing for Covid and have a basic plan for starting in Israel.

So what’s the bad news? Welllllll….I had a little accident and fell down on a trip to visit friends in Washington DC. After an examination and an MRI, we were told I will need Rotator Cuff Surgery!!! The shoulder hurts but less every day.

I cannot have this surgery before we leave, so I get to test Israeli Healthcare when we get there! Again, another need to change some plans, but we still move forward.
